Where will the event be held?

What do I need to bring to get into the event?
Come ready to learn! We recommend bringing a Tablet or laptop since Airbnb/VRBO is best accessed from their respective websites, though it should be possible to do most things from a smartphone. We also recommend a Notebook so you can more effectively do market research.
Will I be allowed to record the event?
This event won’t allow unauthorized camera or recording devices inside, and recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited.
Can I upgrade my tickets?
Yes! If you would like to upgrade your ticket(s), please email Carlos at carlos@yonelrealestate.com and he will direct your email.
Note: If you want to upgrade your ticket at the event please speak to one of the Mogul Staff and they will help you with your request!
What is the ticket refund policy?
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as if the event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved events. If for any reason you’re unable to attend, you can opt to receive a credit to a future event or gift your tickets to family, friends, or colleagues. To gift your tickets, notify us at least 15 days prior to the event by writing to carlos@yonelrealestate.com If the event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, you’ll receive a notification outlining your options; refunds are determined on an event-by-event basis.
What is the dress code for the event?
We suggest business casual for the event. Our event space may be on the cool side, since Edmonton is cold sometimes in March, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater or jacket if you think you may need it.
